K.P. Expert Engineering Company Limited was established in 2002 by a team with great expertise in agricultural engineering and machinery. We are the designer, manufacturer, and implementer of agricultural machines including hot water boilers, central heating dryer systems in tobacco curing barn factory, belt conveyor system, longan dryer, refrigeration system, chill room, and most importantly, drying system for seeds processing services.

TECHNOLOGY

Hot water boiler system

This system dries agricultural products by using a centralized heating system (with hot steam). The boiler can generate heat of more than 90 degrees Celsius and can withstand the pressure of up to 7 bars as qualified and tested by our experienced engineers.

Heat Pipe system

This system transfers hot steam to drying rooms by our carefully designed and effective heat pipe systems. It is also tested with 7-bar pressure.

Hot water pump system

The hot water pump system controls the flow of hot water in the system. It is powered by 380-volt AC and controlled by a manual switch or automatic thermostat.

Dryer room

The dryer room consists of galvanized steel and coated with silicon polyester to sustain heat, humidity, and steam. Inside the room is also insulated with PS foam (F-GRADE).

Belt Conveyor System Belt Conveyor System

Belt Conveyor System is an innovative system to decrease a manpower, increase the capacity and the effectiveness. Our company has designed the belt conveyor system which has both in horizontal line and vertical line (shoot belt). The system has also been designed to comply with the different type of works.

Programable Logic Control (PLC) System

PLC system controls the machine and various processes with microprocessors and displays the result from the central monitor. Controllable machines and processes include hot water boiler, combustion air fans, exhaust fans, temperature, and pressure of the boiler.

Refrigeration System and Chill Room

Our refrigeration system and chill room are able to preserve agricultural corps to be in a good condition at 10๐ Celsius with 50% RH., and freeze at -25๐ Celsius.
